The Osage City Area Arts Council kicked off its 13th season with a with a sold out vocal concert by OC native Nick Stoppel in January. Upcoming performances were announced for 2016.
On Thursday, February 25, the United States Air Force Academy Band Rampart Winds, a five member wind ensemble, will perform at the Grace Lutheran Fellowship Hall at 7:00 p.m.
The Emporia Community Choir will perform on Thursday, April 7, at 7:00 p.m. in the First Presbyterian Church sanctuary.
On Saturday, June 4, the Arts Council will host a return engagement of Claude Bourbon, Spanish guitarist and vocalist, at 7:30 p.m. in The Depot.
The Army National Guard Band will perform for the 11th time in Osage City at 3:00 p.m. in the OCHS auditorium on Sunday, June 26, at 3:00 p.m.
Hiroya Tsukamoto will bring his eclectic collection of acoustic music to Osage City at a date to be determined in the Fall of 2016. He features a mixture of guitar, poetry, stories and Japanese folk music.
The Osage City Area Arts Council is a member of the OC Chamber of Commerce and appreciates the effort taken to promote the businesses and organizations in Osage City.
